FAQ’s
Which Courier service do you use?
We use DHL for UK mainland deliveries and for smaller items the Post office. European orders are sent via Parcel Force and GLS.
Do you have a Saturday service?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery.
What are the delivery times?
We ship parcels from Monday to Friday. Deliveries to business addresses are between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Deliveries to residential addresses are between the hours of 9 am to 9pm, unfortunately we are unable to give specific delivery times.
If I order today what is the fastest delivery?
We offer an express day delivery which costs slightly more than the standard delivery. If you order before 1 PM GMT and select the correct option you will receive it within 2 working days of dispatch - usually the next day. All orders after 1PM will be carried forward to the next working day.
Are there any guarantees?
All of our products come with a one year guarantee, during which time we will repair or replace the item provided the problem is caused by faulty craftsmanship, not user abuse.
If I don’t like the item can I return it?
Items can be returned to us for whatever within 7 days of purchasing. They must be in their original packaging and brand new. However the customer is responsible for postage costs and the refund can take up to 10 working days.
What is the procedure if an item is faulty?
If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days. We can replace the item free of charge and we will cover the postage costs. If required a refund can be given. The goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. If a fault develops over time, please contact us and we will do our best to sort it for you.

Are you open to the public? Do you have a shop?
We are open to the public and we have a small show room which you are more than welcome to look round. We are based in the Midlands near Redditch.
